CrossFit is a scalable workout that’s accessible to everyone. One of the myths of CrossFit is that it’s only for super-fit people who lift cars for fun. In reality, a class may have someone like that, but also may have a 60-year-old grandmother who’s just completed the first pull-up of her life. The intensity of each exercise can be customized to suit the lifestyle and fitness level of every class member.
